As a middle aged, slightly overweight, inflexible bloke with a poor sense of balance, I consider myself "not the type" to fit into a live exercise class or Lycra clothing. I am perhaps not a natural yogi but conversely someone who may benefit more and the offer of an online class caught my attention. Claire has been attentive and welcoming, giving useful encouragements and guidance. I am now a bi-weekly regular and I am inclined to think that the classes do me good and most importantly I enjoy the classes. Thank you to Claire. Ed B, Tunbridge Wells
‘Listen to your body’ is a phrase Claire often uses which very much sums up her approach to her Yoga teaching. Although always encouraging us to improve and extend our practice as a group, the focus is on maintaining and developing the suppleness and strength of the individual. I always feel better after my session – out of the mind and into the body, it sets me up for the day!
